Mark your calendars—Cottrell Elementary School’s Literacy Night is happening on October 9 from 5:30–6:30 p.m.Drop in and discover the exciting things your child is learning, along with simple ways you can support reading at home.
Families will receive take-home materials to keep the learning going beyond the classroom. Presentations will begin every 20 minutes, so whether you stay the whole time or just pop in, there’s something valuable waiting for you!

ATTEND to WIN! Thanks to a grant obtained from Lumpkin County Family Connection, we will be starting a monthly attendance incentive for our students. Students who have perfect attendance for an entire week will have their name entered into a $25 gift card drawing that will take place at the end of each month. Let’s go, CES students!
