LCHS Culinary was proud to welcome their first guest chef, Billy Kirk. Students spent Wednesday prepping ingredients for the day. On Thursday, Mr. Kirk taught the students how to prepare fried rice, hibachi vegetables, and a variety of hibachi meats. Students were able to interact as sous chefs, ask questions, and then enjoy the delicious cuisine. Our administrative team graciously donated the new Blackstone grill to the culinary program after the day of demonstrations.
