Lumpkin County High School is proud to announce the appointment of Daniel McCrary as the new Head Coach of the Lady Indians softball program.

Coach McCrary brings a strong commitment to student-athlete development, a passion for the game, and a dedication to building a competitive and character-driven program. His vision for the program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, accountability, and academic success.

“We are excited to welcome Coach McCrary to Lumpkin County High School Softball,” said Principal Brian Matthews. “His enthusiasm for softball and his commitment to mentoring student-athletes make him an excellent fit for our school community. We look forward to the leadership and energy he will bring to our program.”

Coach McCrary shared his excitement about joining the Lumpkin County Softball family. “It’s an honor to be selected to lead the Lady Indians softball program. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with our players, developing their skills, and competing at a high level. We will focus on creating a culture of hard work, respect, and pride in representing Lumpkin County.”

The Lady Indians softball program has a strong tradition of excellence, and Coach McCrary is eager to build on that foundation while preparing student-athletes for success both on and off the field.
