Congratulations to Dr. Jennifer Wade, Assistant Principal at Lumpkin County Middle School, for being appointed by Governor Kemp to continue to serve on the Georgia Professional Standards Commission. Dr. Wade is one of nine educators in the state of Georgia appointed to serve on this state commision. Dr. Wade has served in this capacity since 2019.
In a letter addressed to Principal Nathan Gerrells, GaPSC Executive Secretary, Matt Arthur, states: "We appreciate [Dr. Wade's] willingness to lend her time and expertise to the important work of the agency and certainly feel that it is quite an honor to be selected for this Commision. Dr. Wade not only represents the Governor's interest on this Commision, but all the schools in Georgia."
