Class of 2026 - It's time to request graduation tickets! The Google Form has been posted in the Class of 2026 Google Classroom. Each senior is guaranteed up to 12 tickets. There is an option to request additional tickets, pending availability. Tickets will be distributed on Monday, May 18, 2026.

The Georgia Department of Education is recognizing 162 graduating seniors across Georgia as 2026 Georgia Scholars, State School Superintendent Richard Woods announced today.
Through the Georgia Scholar program, GaDOE identifies and honors high school seniors who have achieved excellence in school and community life. Each honoree receives a seal for their diploma along with a graduation cord to recognize their achievement.

Registration for the Summer Food Program (SFP) begins April 1st through the Community Helping Place.
This program is for Lumpkin County residents who have children in the home that attend Lumpkin Co schools or LC 4 year old pre-k (3 year old pre-k is not eligible). This program is for families struggling financially and need assistance with food for their school aged children during the summer months.

We are incredibly proud to announce that after a stellar performance medaling in the SkillsUSA Automotive Service Technology competition, Zach has been awarded a scholarship to attend Universal Technical Institute (UTI).
Winning at SkillsUSA takes incredible precision and technical knowledge, and this $500 award is well-deserved recognition of his hard work in the Auto Industry.
