This Tuesday, Profe Pinion's Spanish class practiced their conversational and vocabulary skills with each other. They held conversations in Spanish and played word games on the board to recite their knowledge.

Lumpkin County Elementary School's first grade teachers dressed as historical figures to teach their classes about important historical figures and events in America's past. The characters ranged from Benjamin Franklin to Sacagewea!

Mrs. Gastley's fifth grade class @ LCES learned about chemical and physical changes with the help of UNG students and their professor, Dr. Greta Giles. From elephant tooth paste to liquid nitrogen ice cream, the experiments provided excitement for all!
