Jake Barrett, LCHS, and Cooper McDonald. LCMS, won the GA High School Fishing Tournament on Lake Lanier yesterday. Jake and Cooper won the tourney out of 54 total boats from other middle/high schools. Cooper also won big bass of the tourney with a 4.67 lb spotted bass.

It was a great day for Indians Basketball! Both our JV and Varsity Boys opened their regular season at home in the Lynn Cottrell Gym, and both teams beat Johnson! Our Lady Indians were on the road today, and they came home with a W, too!

It’s not everyday these leaders get a chance to compete against one another. After their meeting, the District Leadership Team and Principals got a lesson from the LCHS Rifle Team. Superintendent Brown took home the Top Gun Award, out-shooting all his opponents. #BetterTogether
