Due to the forecast of inclement weather and potentially dangerous road conditions expected in the morning hours, Lumpkin County Schools will be closed on Thursday, February 20, 2020. All 12 month staff should report if it is safe to do so. A decision regarding after-school activities will be made tomorrow at noon. As always, the safety and security of our students and staff is our primary concern. Thank you for your continued support of Lumpkin County Schools.

TR1BE, Due to potentially dangerous road conditions, Lumpkin County Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay on Tuesday, February 11, 2020. This delay will give our bus drivers, parents, and staff an opportunity to travel with the benefit of daylight. We will continue to monitor the weather and local road conditions throughout the night. As always, our first priority is on the safety and security of our students and staff. Thank you for your continued support!
