Today was a fun & especially tasty😋day with LCSS School Nutrition Program!🤩❤️We rolled out our new Food Truck offering breakfast samples for the "Touch a Truck" event at CES! Then at LCHS, local micro greens were sampled from Fresh Market Farms! The micro greens are a flavorful & super nutritious addition to our burgers with Swiss cheese & a splash of locally produced Patterson's Mopping Sauce! We are grateful for all our partners in providing fabulous locally grown foods for students! 🤩#TR1BE, @freshmarketfarms, @pattersonsmoppingsauce, @hometownharvestung

Save the Date! Friday, November 1st will be a virtual learning day for our students. Teachers will hold office hours in the morning and the afternoon, but students will be at home completing their assignments on 11/1/24. This will allow our teachers and students to practice Virtual Learning Days for any possible inclement weather days we may have in the winter. It will also allow our teachers to have a professional learning day to stay up-to-date on best teaching practices. Mark your calendars now!
